Vigilance strives to raise global awareness about the AIDS epidemic. Advocacy efforts are directed at spiritual, cultural, and political leaders on behalf of all people infected or affected by HIV/AIDS. Strong leadership to fight HIV necessitates a focus on long term objectives. Leaders require persistence, vision, and Faith. Our belief that significant progress can be made is grounded in the utilization of Christian-centric solutions to address the AIDS epidemic.

A fundamental necessity for Vigilance is sustaining a significant global support network for our mission consisting of doctors, educators, youth mentors, church leaders, financial administrators, herbalists, politicians, and citizen advocates.
